Understand a pending payment
The difference between a card hold and a completed charge.
Why a pending amount can appear
At checkout, FlyFarely authorizes the payment amount while the airline booking is being completed. This reserves funds on your card. The payment is captured after the airline confirms the booking; a pending bank entry is not itself a ticket confirmation.
If the booking fails
When the booking flow confirms a failure and releases the authorization, your bank may still display the pending entry until its records update. A released hold is different from a refund of a completed charge. Ask your bank about the status of an authorization on your account.
If something looks wrong
Check the booking confirmation before trying to pay again. If you see an unexpected completed charge, or cannot determine whether a booking succeeded, email support@flyfare.com with the booking reference if available, payment date, amount, and currency. Do not send your full card number or security code.
