Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Casefemme LLC (“FlyFarely”, “we”) runs flyfarely.com, an online travel agency that helps you find and book flights. We sell tickets as an agent for the airlines, through our ticketing partner Duffel. When you book, your contract for the flight itself (the “contract of carriage”) is with the airline that sells or operates it. Our registered address is 850 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH.
2. Using FlyFarely
- You must be at least 18 to make a booking, and you must have permission to book for everyone in it.
- The details you give us must be accurate. Passenger names must match each traveler’s passport or ID exactly.
- Don’t misuse the site: no automated searching or scraping, no fraudulent or speculative bookings, and no reselling. We limit how many searches each visitor can run, and we may refuse or cancel bookings we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
3. Prices and payment
- Every price we show includes the airline’s fare, taxes, and our service fee. Optional extras, such as added bags, are charged separately if you choose them.
- Airline prices can change until a booking is made. We check the price again before you pay, and tell you if it has changed.
- When you pay, we place a hold on your card for the total. We only charge it once the airline confirms your booking. If the booking doesn’t go through, we release the hold and you aren’t charged.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may ask you to verify the payment (for example with 3D Secure).
4. Your booking
Once the airline confirms, we email you a confirmation with your booking reference. Please check every detail straight away and contact us if anything is wrong. Most airlines don’t allow name changes after booking.
5. Fare rules
Each fare comes with the airline’s rules for changes, cancellations, refunds and baggage. We show the key rules before you book, and the airline’s conditions of carriage also apply. If the two ever differ, the airline’s rules decide what the airline will allow.
6. If you want to change or cancel
Contact us with your booking reference and we’ll ask the airline on your behalf. What’s possible, and any airline fees or fare difference, depends on your fare rules. See our Refunds & cancellations policy for how refunds work, including when our service fee is refunded.
7. If the airline changes or cancels your flight
Airlines sometimes change schedules or cancel flights. When that happens we’ll email you as soon as we hear, and explain your options. Depending on the airline’s rules and the law, those may include accepting the new flight, choosing another, or a refund.
8. Travel documents and check-in
You’re responsible for having a valid passport, any visas, health or transit documents your trip requires, and for checking in and arriving at the airport on time. Airlines can refuse boarding to travelers without the right documents, and we can’t refund bookings when that happens.
9. Our responsibility
We’re responsible for booking the flights you choose and for passing on information from the airline. The airline is responsible for the flights themselves, including delays, cancellations, baggage and denied boarding, and claims under passenger rights rules (such as compensation for delays) are made to the airline. As far as the law allows, our liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you search and book, and how we use and protect it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version you accepted when you booked applies to that booking.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
